N.J. Construction Risk Company Purchases Turkish Firm

Construction risk management firm Hill International has now owned IMS Proje Yonetimi ve Danismanlik AS. It is a Turkey-based company situated in an Istanbul and around 80 staffs are engaged to provide the Project Management Services for developers across the globe, big ticket investors and retailer groups.

The blend of our two companies’ cultures will enhance the value delivered on our projects and will improve our ability to meet our clients’ expectations and requirements,” said Serdar Gucar, president of IMS.

The Chief Executive Officer and President of Hill, David L. Richter feels that the deal will only enhance the project management. It will not only strengthen the project management in Turkey, but for the entire region.
